I also completely agree with this statement as well... 
&quot;Lacking an interest or skills in social networking will not affect your selling real estate. Lacking an Internet presence will greatly affect that ability and having one will bring you success you can’t now imagine.

I recognize that social networking is not being used as a primary tool to buy and sell houses, however Google is.  
Understanding how and why Google works is crutial.  You need to enable your site to show up above all others within your &quot;potential customer&#039;s&quot; search criteria, and using social networking sites to keenly advertise your name, your company, and your product is the means with which to make this happen.  
As long as you do it right.  

My advice is to get educated first then jump in.
You can get lost for hours on-line, being seemingly busy, yet get nothing accomplished.  Trust me, I&#039;ve done it too.  Your time is your most expensive cost.  
I for one, will soon attempt to jump onto the Social Network Marketing Bandwagon, but will do so with knowledge and only if it is a good use of my time.</description>
